AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The Israeli occupation police have banished three al-Quds resident young men from the Old City of al-Quds and the Aqsa Mosque for different periods.
According to al-Qastal News, the Israeli police released on Saturday two young men identified as Ali al-Abbasi and Yousef Salah, residents of Bab al-Maghariba, after deciding to place them under house arrest for five days and ban their presence in the Old City for two weeks.
Police officers detained these two young men in the afternoon, with no known reason, and took them in for interrogation.
On Friday, the Israeli police issued a decision banning another al-Quds citizen young man called Omar Shuwayat, a resident of Silwan district, from entering the Aqsa Mosque for six months.
The Israeli occupation authority (IOA) and its police in al-Quds give themselves the right to issue such Aqsa entry ban against Muslim worshipers and take upon themselves to decide who can and cannot pray at the Mosque despite the fact that they have no jurisdiction over the Islamic holy place.
According to signed agreements, Jordan is the custodian of the Islamic and Christian holy sites in al-Quds.
